Our jerky journey was one first of freedom, freedom from high priced poor quality beer snack and work snack that is offered from off the shelf and un loved bench tops.

 We know we don't make much selling at a quarter of the price of some service station jerky products our texture and shape may not be consistent but our taste price and quality will always remain the same . 

This is the part where we say after many generations of trial and error we stumble upon this miracle taste profile that never disappoints and has magical ingredients ... no  theres one man who taught our head batch master the secret recipe  that batch master wrote the recipe on the back of a bunnings receipt and has now been lost and found before and after most batches however when you enjoy what you do and have that passion for flavour you commit the recipe to memory and only the ingredients acquisition officer knows what else goes into each batch.
